JOB TITLE: Network Administrator/Planner

LOCATION: Honiton

SALARY: £22-£28K Dependant on Experience

BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays ,Up to 10% Bonus, 6% Contributory Pension from Company, Free Car Parking

HOURS: 8030am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

THE ROLE: The key focus of this role is to assist with the administration and coordination within the construction department , communicating and coordinating the field service engineers and recording the availability and suitability of utilising 3rd party infrastructure as well as providing new build installation documentation. We are seeking an ambitious individual who has a support background within construction, engineering or a technical field.

Key duties will include:

Build relationships with all our internal and external parties, including contractors and local highways authorities
Coordinate and produce documentation for the PIA (Public Infrastructure Access)
Process all notices in a timely manner
Ensure notice status is communicated to field engineers
Provide telephone and system support as and when required
Promoting improvements in Safety in line with the objectives set by the Safety Manager
Producing utility searches for the areas of construction
Validate network designs.
Carry out network design change requests.
Liaise with subcontractors
Carry out 3rd party infrastructure searches.
Undertake the development of detailed, fully resourced and optimised work plans for approval and provide an accurate and effective administrative support to the line manager and their team.The role is based from the office 90% of the time but there will be occasions where you will be working outdoors for long periods of time.

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience in an administration or support role
Confident and proficient with technology
Good communication skills
Excellent team player and comfortable being part of a growing dynamic team.
Detail oriented
Time management skills
A full driving licence will be required
