- 42.5 hour working week
- Salary up to £42,000 DOE

Our Client, a brand new Accident Repair Centre is looking for an experienced  Production Manager to join their brand new team.

This BodyShop Production Manager role will involve assisting the Site Manager on a day to day basis. You will manage and coordinate the workflow or repairs within the site ensuring financial, volume and quality targets are achieved whilst ensuring high-quality repairs are carried out by maximising customer satisfaction. This role will suit an experienced Bodyshop Manager; you must be a very strong people manager.

The Ideal Bodyshop Production Manager will be striving to have the team meet and improve on customer satisfaction targets.

Ensuring all health and safety policy and procedures are followed at all times with all staff utilising safe working practices, Achieving budget sales and cost targets weekly, monthly and annually.

The successful BodyShop Production Manager must have previous bodyshop experience

In return for the successful candidates hard work, you will be rewarded with a basic salary in the region of £42k + bonus and other great benefits.
