Customer Service Representative
Are you looking for an opportunity to represent an established Building Society in Coventry? If so, then please read the information provided below. Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client based in Binley with the expansion of their Inbound Customer Service team working on a full-time basis.
Important details
Free onsite parking / frequent public transport routes
Salary £18,533 per annum / £8.91 per hour
Full time & permanent contract / 40 hours per week
Working 5 days out of 7 – Between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday to Sunday
4-week training programme fully paid!
Over a year consistent customer service experience within a Retail, Sales, Contact Centre based roles
Able to work flexible
No studying commitments
Live within Coventry or Leicester (Must be within 20 miles radius)
Must be able to pass pre-employment financial and criminality checks
No holidays or appointments within the first 6 weeks – due to mandatory attendance
Responsibilities
Ability to represent the company to a high standard of professionalism, knowledge and experience within the customer service sector
Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas
Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests to include but not limited to card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards
