We're currently recruiting for a contract administrator for our client based in Wolverhampton.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

2.1 General Administration

- Maintain holiday records.
- Maintain knowledge of the whereabout of deisgnated individuals
- Answering the telephone professionally, taking messages and passing them on.
- Receiving anddistributing incoming post, issuing outgoing post.
- Monthly H&S KPI reporting

Human Resources Administration

- Update and maintain the appropriate manual and competerised personnel records
- Produce contracts of employment for non-salaried staff
- Update and maintain the time and attendance system, where appropriate
- Support coordinating training and maintaining training records
- Prmary site contact for handlng basic HR issues.
- Primary liaison contract with Headquarters HR on HR issues
- Carry out all site HR administrative duties.
Payroll Administration (Support)

The post-holder will provide back-up Payroll Services to sickness and holiday absence.

- Working Knowledge of Kronos T&A system.
- Liaison with the Contract Co-ordinator on payroll adjustment
- Providing a backup point of contact for site payroll issues
- Adding new starters to the Payroll and removal of leavers.
- Location of staff on the Payroll within the correct department as advised by management
- Setting-up of new payrolls as required by new contracts.
- Administration of associated documentation such as P45's and P46's as required

The post-holder will provide the following Purchasing services:

- Raising of Purchase requisitions by the necessary authority.
- Expediting of orders and liaison with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaison with supplies to resolve discrepancies on deliveries.
- Co-ordination of waste invoices and update tracker.

2.5 Workwear Administration

The post-holder will undertake the following administration:

- Individual ordering and receipting of workwear
- Issue to relevant individual
- Control individual budget allowance for each calendar year
