SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE

6 month Fixed Term Contract

Flexibility to work remote (with occasional travel to the office) or in the office full-time.

One of our well-established clients is currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage key department metics and ensure company profitability. This is a fantasic opportunity to join a great company who believe strongly in progression and development of their staff!

Within this role, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Directly manage a team, encourage colleague development and ensure KPI’s are met
Building strong relationships internally and externally
Making a conscious effort to understand customer requirement, offering solutions to best meet expectations
Understanding complex data insights and interpret to wider business
Interpreting and monitoring commercial aspects of key accounts
Focusing and delivering on key business initiates in a timely and effective manner
Key attributes required:

At least 12 months leadership experience within a supply chain
Experience leading teams in a positive way
Proven experience working directly with B2B customers
Evidence of managing complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders
Self starter – need to be self motivated and able to learn fast
Customer facing – ability to build effective relationships with blue chip companies
