Job Details

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Italian) Administrative professional to join my client's busy but friendly team in Mayfair.

Job title: Administrator

Location: Mayfair

Type: Temporary

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 9am-5pm

Key responsibilities:

Administration management in accordance with the Head Office procedures and regulations
Maintaining a brilliant relationship with suppliers and clients
Office inventory management
Management of general HR administration: working hours, holidays, time in lieu, checking expenses etc
Providing information to and liaise with external Payroll team
All administrative support to the wider team when and where requiredRequirements:

Must be fluent in both English and Italian
Confident Microsoft Word user: Especially good with Excel
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Vast Administration experience, particularly supporting a dynamic team
Any experience working within a finance department would be beneficial
Friendly, team player attitude
