We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join a well established company in the Barlborough, Chesterfield area. This role is initially a 6 months contract bu may be extended or made permanent. In this role you will be office based with covid safe measures in place. If you are looking to start an office career then this could be the opportunity for you!
Office Assistant - 6 Month Contract
£18,000pa + 33 days holiday
Barlborough, Chesterfield - parking onsite
ASAP start available
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Duties:
Administration support
Filing & scanning
Updating internal system
Printing and preparing drawings and packs
Answering calls & email queries from internal and external parties
Supporting other departments with administration as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:
Previous admin experience would be an advantage but not essential
Have flexibility within your role and happy to support where needed
Great communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
