Customer Support Advisor - Term time only
Our client is a software specialist company based in Gateshead, looking to appoint an experienced Customer Support Advisor on a full time basis - school term time.
This role offers a starting salary of £19,500 per annum, pro rata (£16,500 per annum for 44 weeks) plus benefits.
The role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 4.30pm (45 minutes lunch).
The successful candidate will have all school holidays off except over the summer break when you will be required to work 2 weeks out of 6. There will also be 2 extra days to be used throughout the holiday year.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and supporting with product knowledge
- Increasing usage of product across client base
- Entering and maintaining details on a CRM system
- Dealing with client enquiries and providing telephone based and online support
- Provide regular customer reports
Candidates should have previous experience in an administration role along with strong systems skills and knowledge of MS Office packages
Applicants should also have good written and verbal communication skills and be confident working both independently as well as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check.
