Manpower is currently looking for Transport Supervisor on Temp to Perm contract for our busy client based in Thirsk.
Working afternoons Mon to Friday 14.00 - 22.00
Pay - £12.75 ph
Main duties:
Record and report drivers start times and any issues
Track drivers progress throughout the day and provide regular updates on deliveries which may be at risk of failing
Find solutions to failing deliveries
Record driver's hours
Check licenses
Check vehicles
Schedule servicing
Arrange vehicle repairs when needed
Sort returned items at the end of each day
Record driver vehicle checks
Liaise with sales on customer concerns/requests
Report failed deliveries
Data entry
