Full-time Monday to Friday hours 08:30 - 17:30 with Saturday and Evening Rota
We now have the position of Project Coordinator available to join an existing team. Working in a fast paced environment your role will be full time and require some flexibility on working hours including one evening per week and a weekend rota during busy periods.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
This role requires a bright, flexible enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will be key to ensuring the smooth running of a project. Primarily office based you will liaise with client and our site based teams to ensure the project is delivered efficiently. You will be a confident communicator with a passion for events.
The Role
·Operate as the lead point of contact for all your projects and clients by:
oEnsure the timely and successful delivery of Events
oLiaising with Site teams
oLiaising with the Operations team
oLiaising with the Sales team
oOrdering items required on site
oCollating all Drawings and Health & Safety Information prior to the project starting
oAgreeing additional work with clients
oEnsuring the Project does stays within budget
oBooking Accommodation and any travel requirements
oBooking all necessary plant required.

Requirements
·Strong customer service skills, organisation and time management skills.
·Strong accuracy, good numeracy and attention to detail.
·Excellent telephone manner and written skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
·Good working knowledge of computers, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.
·Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
·Ability to work on their own as well as part of the team, create own deadlines and manage own workload.
·Professional manner, positive attitude, helpful approach and sense of humour.
·Interest in Live Events
