Location: Redditch
Salary: £9.00 per hour temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm - Overtime available over weekends
We are currently representing a large company based in Redditch, who are looking for a strong Administrator to join their team. This company can offer free parking and a long-term opportunity.
Day to day duties will include:
* Placing customer orders on WMS
* Dispatching orders on the system
* Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information
* Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
* Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner
* Updating Files on the common drive when necessary
* Undertaking system checks as required
* Attending training on new processes and procedures
* Stocktaking as required
* Reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents in accordance with procedures
* Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying
* Carrying out duties as instructed
* Input vehicle arrivals for customers
* Updating KPI's
As a person, you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Must be computer literate including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases
* Good level of numeracy and literacy
* Experience working in a fast-paced office
* Proven experience in a similar environment
* Self-managing with good attention to detail
* Methodical and thorough approach to work
* Highly organised with the ability to remain focussed under pressure
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet all requirements
* Ability to adhere to processes
* Flexible - a "team player"
* Prioritising workload
