In this role you will be working as part of the Technical Team to ensure that manufacturing processes are optimised for efficiency whilst maintaining high quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will also be involved in continual improvements, cost benefit analysis, minimising wastage, improving quality and capacity.

THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the manufacturing process
*Reduce waste and increase output without compromising quality
*Lean and continuous improvements
*Cost benefit analysis of projects

THE PERSON:
*Engineering Degree - Chemistry or Chemical Engineering beneficial
*Knowledge of manufacturing processes
*Process improvements background
