Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator for our client based in Burntwood.
The role will entail:
Working within the internal sales and commercial team to further develop profitable sales of products to defined customer trade sectors including Roofing & Cladding Contractors, Distributors & Merchants, System manufacturers and the Specification market. To co-ordinate and drive Sales activity.
· Main point of contact for incoming Customer emails & requests - acting as a filter for customers’ requests around pricing, service & complaints where appropriate, with support from the management teams
· To provide customer quotations including the preparation of quotes for bespoke products and budget guide prices with support from the commercial team
· Timely processing of PODs and invoice requests
· Continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
· Assist with the initial enquiry of projects and booking in projects using MS Teams and the CRM system
The hourly rate is £9.74 = £19k salary
Working hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm, and the requirement would be to work in the office for training then dependent upon covid requirements, there may be some working from home involved.
