Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Finance Assistant for our client based in Falkirk. This is an exciting role which is integral to the success of the Accounts Team.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Sage 50 and will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a busy finance team and managing a broad range of finance tasks daily.

This is a full-time temporary role (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday - we will only be short listing candidates who are available immediately.

Duties:-

Co-ordination of business accounts
Overseeing sales/purchase ledger
Processing purchase invoices
Reconciling purchase ledger
Bank reconciliations
Recording and processing invoices
Dealing with VAT and supplier returns
Processing petty cash
Payroll journalsKey Skills: -

Accounts experience
SAGE 50
Strong communication skills
Process driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel (intermediate knowledge necessary)
Excellent attention to detail
