Job Details

Administration Support – Temporary – Full time – Diss – £15 per hour

Hales Group are seeking an Administration Support to work on behalf of our client based in Diss. This position is initially temporary but could go permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility offered regarding start and finish times.

Main duties include:

Distribution and receipt of contracts
Using Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets using formulas
Manning inbox, replying to emails
Maintain daily communication log
Evidence receipt, analysis and input
Ability to construct a letter
Arrange meetings
Co-ordinate travel arrangements
Key requirements include:

Confident when speaking to clients
Strong communicator
Microsoft 365 experience, especially Excel
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Information analysis skills
