Clacton-on-Sea

£19,500 per annum (20 days holiday per annum inclusive of factory shutdown between Christmas and new year)

Office Administrator sought during an exciting time for this Clacton based, busy and expanding business within the manufacturing sector.

The role will be suited to those from office administration backgrounds with experience working within accounts departments or supporting general accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Area of Office Administration:

Reception: Interact with clients/suppliers either by phone or in person
Provide office support to various internal departments e.g. filing, raising purchase orders, maintain holiday entitlement/safety footwear records
Maintain records using excel spreadsheets i.e. Printer usage, Energy and Utility usage
Deal with inbound/outbound post in line with company processes
Prepare documents by printing, copying, binding or by sending emails and faxes
Order/ monitor stationery requirements and other supplies
Prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
To be ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

Area of Accountancy:

accurately check and post invoices received by post or email and record on the internal Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements against invoices received
Liaise with all company credit card holders monthly to reconcile company credit card account The role is available on a full time permanent basis only, please apply with full CV for further information
