This HR Administrator role will definitely keep you busy and give you a chance to get involved in lots of different projects whilst supporting members of staff with any HR or Payroll concerns, investigating and solving problems. Being a key support to the Distribution Manager and Supervisor ensuring staff members feel supported and valued.
This HR Administrator position will be office based at the depot located in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will be providing support to the whole warehouse team with daily HR administration duties and being a point of contact for all employees in regards to HR and Payroll queries. As part of a busy and thriving team, who are growing rapidly due to increased orders and company expansion, you will be vital to the day to day operations.
Main Responsibilities for the HR Administrator will include:
Building relationships with employees and problem solving incoming HR queries by phone and email
Processing timesheets for permanent staff and agency workers
Updating attendance records, Health and Safety records, accident reports and training records
Note taking at internal meetings
Updating internal databases for daily Management Information on productivity

The position is initially on a temporary basis and is a part time position working 20 - 25 hours per week although the hours worked can be flexible to suit your own commitments. They have car parking on site and a staff canteen area as well as on site vending machines.
Rate of pay is dependant on level of experience
