Customer Service Assistant/Immediate Start/Outskirts of Norwich/£9.49 per hour/
Gap personnel is looking for a Customer Service Assistants for one of our Clients based at the outskirts of Norwich,
Our Client family orientated business is looking for a number of Customer Service Assistants to join them due to the expansion.
As a Customer Service Assistant your main duties will be:
*answer customers' questions by phone, email, webchat, or social media,
*give quotations and check product availability
*sell products or services and take payments
*handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
*add customer information onto a computer system
*track orders and arrange deliveries
*administrative tasks such as inputting data into the database, printing, scanning files etc.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for a training period, however after training period some flexibility will be required.
Pay Rate:
£9.49 per hour, weekly pay.
Key Skills:
*Good telephone manner.
*Administration, for note taking, report writing and keeping track of multiple tasks at once.
*I.T., for interacting with call handling technology, databases and other computer software, plus the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
*Own transport due to the location of the office.
Start date 10/05/2021.
