Overview of the Role
Working within this newly set up role, you will be the main Administrative Support and supporting the New Product Development Manager in the growth of this department. You will be assisting in the sourcing and delivering of market ready products. Gathering information from existing customers to formulate enquiries on bespoke product, whilst liaising with existing suppliers and brands to gather quotes, lead time, minimum order quantity and capability information. You will be responsible for progressing  customer quotes to official orders, whilst assisting customers with ordering samples of prospective bespoke products, and responding  to all enquiries from internal customers such as Customer Service, Business Development Teams and Internal Sales Teams.

The ability to multitask and prioritise will come naturally to you and you will also be a creative person who is eager to learn. You will be passionate about product with a keen interest in understanding the product manufacturing process, supply chain and how product ranges are developed. You will be customer-focused, understanding the customers' needs always come first, developing the product with them in mind. You will be a highly responsive person with a sharp eye for detail, who is able to communicate well.  Your confidence and willingness to learn will make you an integral part of this growing team.

Do you have?

Excellent use of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to communicate well at all levels.
Ability to work cohesively within a small team and take on challenges as they present themselves.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
Desirable
Previous experience of a product development role
An understanding of textiles and/or textiles and garment construction would be advantageous.
