Job Title: HSSEQ Coordinator
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: Up to £22,500 per annum
Shifts : Mon- Thurs 08:30- 17:00, Fridays 08:30- 16:00
Contract Type: Permanent
The Company
A fast expanding major player in the Wireless Telecommunication market place is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Coordinator based in Warrington to provide coordination support to the HSSEQ Team.
Reporting to the HSSEQ Manager your duties will include;
As a HSSEQ Coordinaor, your duties will be:
* Source, arrange, and record training for all company personnel as required by their job role.
* Maintain training folders for all company personnel ensuring these are accurate at all times.
* Maintain the company training matrix for all personnel and subcontractors ensuring this is accurate at all times.
* Upload training certification onto client portals as required.
* Raising PO’s (Training, Accreditations, Annual subscriptions, External Audits etc)
* Maintain the company training budget.
* Be familiar with all client portals.
* Production and uploading of Project HSSEQ Monthly reports to clients / client portals within agreed SLAs.
* Accept and respond to all HSSEQ enquires received via the team telephone.
* Assist with documentation production as required.
* Completion of the HSSEQ Monthly report.
* Issue, record, receipt of Client Site Access Keys.
* Any other related duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time
An ideal HSSEQ Coordinator will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Exceptional Organisational Skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to build strong relationships internally with colleagues, and externally with our clients and subcontractors
* Ability to work under own initiative and also as part of the bigger team
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office
* Telecoms background would be advantageous, however not essential
