Page Personnel is partnering with a successful business in Poole who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their Accountancy team on a permanent full time basis.
Client Details
Our client is a highly successful business who has seen rapid growth in the last 12 months is looking for a Payroll Administrator.
They are based in Poole and would require travel by car to access their offices.
Description
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Dealing with client enquiries
Communicating with pension providers
Using Payrite to run weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll reports.
Making sure deductions are applied accurately
Inputting and checking starters/leavers declarations, P45s, P6/9s, holiday pay, salaries, worked hours, overtime, expenses, mileage, bonus payments, statutory payments, including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
Process a wide variety of payrolls for clientsProfile
In order to be successful in this role you must:
Have previous experience within payroll
Knowledge of payroll legislation
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate and numerate with a positive approach to work
Bureau experience would be beneficialJob Offer
