What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for Food Production Operatives to join one of the UK’s leading Cereal Manufacturers, based in Wellingborough.

This is a position suitable for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with heavy lifting.

Shift

-      4 on 4 off continental – 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00

-     Overtime rates £13.37 - £13.77 paid after 36/48 hours, depends of shift pattern

Duties

-      Packing and stacking cereal-based products

-      Transfer products from the conveyor belt to the pallets/loading area

-      Maintaining equipment and cleaning the warehouse (light duties-maintain a clean work area)

-      Complying with health and safety requirements

-     Basic English language required
