Role: Analytical Consultant

Location: London

Duration: ASAP until 30th of November 2021

Salary: competitive

As an Analytical Consultant in our Large Customer Sales team, you will be a strategic analyst, advisor and consultant, providing insights to clients and agencies to help grow their business. You will use your critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills to influence thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most advanced customers.

Job responsibilities:

Strategic Consultant: Strong ability to speak marketer's language and present in a compelling way. Lead and manage direct client relationships and help them use Insights to drive their business.

Data Analysis: Serve as Analytical Lead with a swift ability to pull and analyze complex data sets into strategic opportunities.

Category, Brand & Consumer Insights: Using External data, you will help identify opportunities for clients rooted in strong data rationale. Build and present business and media solutions to customers based on industry and consumer trends and develop insights from our wealth of data.

Industry Expertise: Serve as the industry expert in Food and Beverage, fluid in marketing principles and branding.

Storytelling: Proficient in making complex data sets and concepts simple and easy to digest

Thought leadership: Ability to provide clear, strategic thought leadership to senior marketers

This is a great opportunity to provide analytical thought leadership and innovation to our most advanced branding clients in the UK. In this client facing role you will be part of the Consumer Retail sector working closely with sales teams in Large Customer Sales to drive long term growth for our customers. In addition, you will contribute to cross-sector and UKI projects, directly impacting the business across the region.

You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job

Mandatory Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Solid years of relevant analytical, insights and media measurement or consulting experience.

- Strong Quantitative and Qualitative analytical skills leading to strategic insights/media records rooted in data.

- Direct client consultation experience in a marketing/media-related field.

- Familiarity with manipulating large datasets (e.g. SQL)

- Ability to manage competing timelines in a very fast-moving environment

- Scrappy, bootstrapping, roll-up-your-sleeves, team-oriented attitude!

Preferred qualifications

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable

- Proficiency in pulling strategic insights out of large sets of data. Strategy + Planning experience a plus.

- Deep understanding of both online and offline media and branding - Food and Beverage industry is a plus.

- Knowledge in Media Measurement methodologies (incl MMMs, attribution, Sales Lift, etc) and key external vendors (Nielsen, Datalogix, Shopcom, Kantar, Comscore)

- Capable of independently managing client relationships, Business Management consultation experience is a plus.
