Description
Key responsibilities of this Business Development Manager position:
Manage all aspects of transactions from new deals through to closing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external lawyers, issuers, arrangers and originators
Negotiate contracts to onboarding, setting up and managing the escrow clients and transactions
Generate new business and additional revenue
Work closely with marketing, product, legal and compliance teams to drive new businessProfile
Key requirements of this Business Development Manager position:
Detailed Escrow knowledge and understanding of where to source opportunities
Proven track record in business development within the legal sector or corporate financial services, including strategic account management
Experience in corporate business development or transactional experience, comfortable with all levels of seniority when selling or negotiating
A legal, or corporate services background, with a deep understanding of fund flows and deal mechanics Job Offer
