Description
Accurately, setup and maintain Suppliers Master Data
Delivery of consistent and effective first line support for both external and internal Customers
Record and action inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers in Salesforce
Liaise effectively with both internal and external service providers for call resolution.
Adhere strictly to the Operations department's policies and departmental processes
Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business
Escalation of issues to Operations ManagementProfile
2-4 years within Operations in Financial Services
Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce
Exposure to dealing with confidential and sensitive material/information, and experience of handling these situations with discretion and integrity.Job Offer
6 month temporary role with opportunity to convert permanent.
Hourly rate equivalent of £26-32k.
Good progression opportunities
