Temp to Perm Workshop Administrator / Co-ordinator

JOB TITLE: Workshop Administrator / Co-ordinator
LOCATION: Luton
CO.TYPE: Transport
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30pm
BENEFITS: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, parking on site, Pension
We are working with this local, well established and well known business to support them with securing a new team member to assist with the co-ordination of the team and jobs as they come in.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Processing jobs, allocating to drivers and handling enquiries
Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
Supporting the team with admin tasks
Setting up new customers
Some financial and invoicing enquiriesWe'd love to speak to candidates with:
Previous customer service experience and call handling experience
Happy to work in a small team environment
Confident on the phone and self motivatedNext steps......
