Sales Executive For Car Finance Company Required
£18,000 Basic Salary 1st Year OTE - £50,000 (uncapped)

40 Hours Per Week - ONLY 1 Saturday Per Month 10-4
Our client, a reputable local Car finance company, are seeking highly driven & tenacious people to join our Sales team. We provide vehicle finance for consumers and business customers who require standard and non-standard finance. Providing a comprehensive loan comparison service is enjoying strong growth & we’re now looking for confident, dynamic individuals to join them!
Duties & Tasks as a Finance Sales Executive:
- Contacting applicants to qualify their needs / budget
- Managing a high level of workflow and leads.
- Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
- Working towards fixed weekly KPIs
- Working in a fun and fast paced sales environment.
Skills Required:
- Driven, ambitious, tenacious, competitive, strong willed.
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, proactive, sociable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Able to listen, empathise and qualify a client’s need quickly and efficiently.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver business objectives
- Ability to connect and build rapport with potential clients

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, two late night shifts 10:00 – 19:00 and one Saturday in four with hours of 10:00 – 16:00
