Vehicle Sales Assistant

Part Time Vehicle Sales Assistant required in Cardiff (Maternity Cover Contract).

- Up to £11,399 per annum pending experience.
- 25.5 hour week ideally 3 days a week however flexibility on days/hours worked.
 
A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Sales Assistant with our client’s commercial dealership based in Cardiff on a minimum 10 month maternity cover contract!

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, in this Vehicle Sales Assistant role you will work be responsible for:

- Carrying out admin functions to support the sales administration process
- Accurately process sales purchase invoices
- Creation of new and used vehicles stock books on CDK system
- Logging of vehicle compliance certificates
- Process final applications for trucks with the DVSA
- Creation of vehicle delivery packs
- Uploading of dealer used stock to advertising portals
- Completion of monthly deal files for final sign off and filing
- General admin duties
- Welcoming visitors to the Centre
- Answer the phone, log and communicate messages
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy to promote the professional image of the dealership

The successful Vehicle Sales Assistant would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/CDK experience preferable).
Strong and steady previous experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator / Assistant would be highly beneficial however our client is willing to consider candidates with strong administration experience in another role within the motor trade.

A UK driving license with minimal points would be beneficial but is not essential.
