Role: Temporary Reception and Switchboard

Hours: 8.20am - 6pm Monday - Friday - Some weekend shifts

Location: Bradford

Salary: up to £9.50

Contract: Ad-hoc

Start date: ASAP

Are you a confident and professional communicator? Are you able to pick things up quickly and create an inviting and welcoming environment? If so, this temporary role could be for you!

Based in a reputable car dealership in Bradford, your duties will be -

Answering a busy switchboard,
Transferring calls,
Taking detailed messages.
Keeping the front of house tidy
Meeting and greeting any visitors on site

You will be Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors feel welcomed.

This site requires regular cover so you will have the opportunity to have first refusal on any future cover dates.

To be considered for this role you must be an excellent communicator, ideally you will come from a telephone-based role and/or Front of House experience.

Skills required

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Flexible approach to work
Strong knowledge of Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work on own inactive
Being organised and methodical
