Job Title: Team Leader (Property Claims)

Salary: Up to £30K (depending on specific experience)

Location: Leeds, Parking on Site

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Start: ASAP

The company we're recruiting for have recently made improvement to their structure to ensure a smooth and efficient service for their clients and now require a customer focussed Team Leader to join their business.

As the Team Leader, it will be your responsibility to lead the team successfully in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally be coming from a Property Claims background, however, other claims experience will be considered as long as you're a people focussed and organised leader of a current team within a customer service office environment.

Within your new role as a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Leading by example and ensuring the morale of your 10-person team remains high

Handle enquiries from the team

Identifying training needs within the team and following through

Conduct staff appraisals, monitor team performance and staff issues such as absences

Skills/experience required for this position:

Current experience of leading a team

Ideally current/recent experience of working within insurance claims

Self Sufficiency - this will be talked through during screening
