Are you an experienced and chartered Finance Director or CFO looking for a new permanent opportunity? I am working with a respected high-end residential developer who have a requirement for a driven professional to head up their Finance department.

This company are multi-faceted and are focused on delivering prime residential schemes across Dorset, Hampshire and Devon . As a result of their consistently strong growth in recent years, they're searching for a Finance Director to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for ambitious Property candidates to join an established name and establish themselves in an extremely dynamic finance department.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

· Leadership of the company finance function

· Oversee of the production of statutory accounts and performance evaluation

· Bid pricing and appraisal of new investments

· Long term strategic planning and 5-year business plan development

· Determine optimal capital structure and control of inter-company cash flow

· Source alternative funding and working capital management including from international sources

· Experience of operating across multiple business streams

· Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in a finance leadership role

· An understanding of the Construction / Building / Property market

· Effective business partner with a commercial mindset that has credibility at Board level

· Excellent management skills, who can inspire and motivate more junior members of staff

· Prior experience in a matrix organisation would be preferred
