Workshop Controller

The Automotive maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in Wakefield working for a nationally recognised fleet maintenance provider.

THE ROLE:

You will be an experienced Workshop Controller/Team Manager having previously Qualified as a HGV/PSV Mechanic with an NVQ or a City and Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You will also have experience of managing teams within a workshop environment.

THE DUTIES:

Supporting, Advising and Managing the Senior Engineers on a daily basis.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of a large fleet of buses & coaches. Ensuring Vehicles are presented to the highest standard Managing Inventory, recruitment, training and making sure all Health & Safety standards are adhered to.
