Customer Service Advisor on the outskirts of Cannock - easy to get to!
Permanent contract on a full time basis (Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm)
IMMEDIATE STARTS!!!
Paying up to £21,000!
Work with a growing, friendly and supportive team.
Onsite parking available!
Duties:
* Deal with inbound calls to process customer orders.
* Raise quotations up on customer request.
* Maintain current customer relations whilst resolving any non conformances they may have reported.
* Assist customer enquiries via the telephone, email and web enquiry
* Excellent customer interaction.
* Professional E-commerce capabilities.
* Problem solving capabilities.
* Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
* After sales customer care.
* Data collation.
* Producing weekly reports.
Experience / Requirements:
* Customer Service
* Administration
* Attention to detail skills
* Multi- tasking
