A financial advisory business based on the outskirts of Scarborough is recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.
The Paraplanner role has been newly created due to internal promotions and expansion, and the main purpose of the role will be to support IFAs with pre and post sales activities. This is a great opportunity for a Paraplanner who is keen to progress into a qualified IFA role moving forward. As well as progression opportunities, other benefits include; 4 x death in service, company health plan, holiday buy and sell scheme and other staff incentive schemes.
Reporting into the Practice Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Preparation for meetings
Report writing
Updating portfolios
Taking instruction from IFAs as required
Use of intelligent Office and O&M pensionsWe are keen to speak with individuals who have previous experience in financial services, in a paraplanning capacity. Experience using Intelligent Office would also be advantageous, however full training will be given.
