Office Administrator – Part-Time

* North Shields

* Monday to Friday, 1pm-5pm

* £9.00 per hour

* Long term position; initial temporary contract

An excellent opportunity has been created for an experienced customer-focused Administrator to join a successful business in North Shields on a part-time basis.

This role will focus on varied administrative support in a customer-facing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist in running a busy centre, being the front of house representative of the company

* Maintain client service levels through exemplary administrative and customer service support

* Maintain the company’s central database system

* Assist with basic invoicing and payment processing

Required Skills & Experience

* An administration background in a customer facing, service driven position is essential

* Experience within property, facilities management, hospitality or retail industries would be a good fit

* Commercially minded

This is a unique role, and excellent training is on hand to assist in learning the product.

Experience is needed; a positive attitude and an amicable personality are vital.
