Import/Export Warehouse Administrator
£25k p.a, Perm, Days, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
BRADFORD
Working on behalf of my client, Interaction Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to work for an International Freight company based in Bradford. This role will suit someone from an Import/Export background who understands the legalities of the new Brexit procedures.
Day to day duties within the role will include:
-Scrutinising Internal arrival spreadsheets for anomalies
-Daily trips into the Warehouse to assist with problem orders received
-Allocate and print off pick orders and distribute to Warehouse staff
-Liaising with customers
-Answering phones and responding to emails
-Goods receipt of inbound stock
-Office Administration duties
-Stock monitoring and reporting of stock levels
-Other additional duties as required
Key skills needed for this role include:
-Worked in a similar role previously
-Experience working with Imports/Exports is essential
-Knowledge and understanding of the legalities of the new Brexit procedures
-Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
-Good customer service skills
-PC Literate with experience including MS Office
-Knowledge of Warehouse stock control procedures and best practice
-Team player who is happy to assist where and whenever needed
-Organisational skills
-Working to tight schedules and deadlines
You will be required to work on the Day shift which is 8.30am to 5.30pm from Mon to Fri. The salary for this role is £25k p.a and this role is advertised as a Permanent position.
Having a flexible attitude towards your work, including shift working times to suit my client’s needs are a must.
