M&E Maintenance Engineer

A top facilities maintenance company are looking to employ an engineer to carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance within a static site in Bournemouth.

Annual leaveDuties and responsibilities:

To carry out all pre planned and reactive maintenance across the sites on electrical and mechanical systems
Filter changes
Operating the BMS system - experience with this would be advantageous
Liaising with other maintenance engineers and client
Carry out general fabric works
To be able to respond to reactive call outs when scheduled
Work will be split between two separate sitesRequirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition
Experience with mechanical maintenance - filter changes, pipe work etc
BMS system experience
Must be proactive and hardworking
