Class 2 Hiab Driving opportunity has become available to work for our client based in Birmingham
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
This role will involve delivering building supplies to Customers based in the Birmingham and surrounding area using a Hiab crane
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
£13.50 - £14.50 Per hour, Weekly pay
The responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
To transport goods to and from customers premises, and to central hubs
Working to deadlines and managing on-road routes in order to achieve time-sensitive deliveries.
Daily vehicles walk around checks and accurate defect reporting
Loading and securing loads with straps
Keeping customers up to date on delivery times
Comply with on-site health and safety requirements of third partiesAbout you;
A valid LGV (C) UK Driving Licence
HIAB Licence
A valid UK Driver CPC Card
A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
Proven track record of driving vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
A detailed understanding of driver's hours and WTD legislation
Ideally, experience with transporting building supplies
