Office Angels are working with an expanding Estate Agency in Doncaster for the recruit of an Administrator & Office Support. This will be a varied role where organisation & administration skills are essential along with the ability to provide a first class customer experience.
Administrator & Office Support
Full time, Permanent
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (Occasional weekends / evenings required)
£19,500pa plus lucrative bonus scheme
Doncaster
Immediate start available
Duties -
Answering calls & dealing with customer queries
Booking & attending property viewings
Organising and maintaining property inventories and inspections
Creating property specs & advertising online
Supporting with property management
Supporting other teams with adhoc administration tasksWhat you will need to succeed -
Strong organisation & administration skills
Ability to provide a first call customer experience
Due to the role you must be a driver and have access to a car
Previous experience in property / lettings would be an advantage but not essentialAn immediate start is available for the right candidate so apply today!
