We have some exciting roles available in the Malton area for Customer Service Administrator's. The roles will be to work within the Customer Service department inputting and processing orders and resolving any issues or queries.
To be considered for these roles you will need previous office-based data inputting experience as well as a hardworking and can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties will be:
Promptly responding to incoming customer service and customer care calls
Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
Ensuring adequate material and production capacity is available
Liaising with other departments to ensure customer's requirements are achieved to timescales
Dealing with any difficulties encountered by the customer
This will be working in a busy and open plan environment in the Malton area where free car parking is available on-site, you will ideally need your own transport to get there due to the start time.
This will be working Monday to Thursday 8:15am-4:40pm and Friday 8:15am-3:55pm, earning a salary of £20,000 and dependent on company performance you would be entitled to a discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
