Intermediate Quantity Surveyor -Consultancy
Bounemouth
Salary up to £DOE+ Car Allowance + Package
An award winning multi discipline Surveying Consultancy based in Bournemouth are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.They work across the Education, Residential, Healthcare and Commercial sectors so you would have the opportunity to work on some diverse and interesting projects.
They have been in operation for over 10 years and due to providing an outstanding service they gain most of their work from repeat business and recommendations and have a very strong pipeline of work throughout 2021 and beyond with most of the residential projects ranging from £500K-£5M.
The ideal candidate would be pre MRICS however working towards their APC, self-motivated, confident, and able to manage projects for a variety of Clients over a range of sectors. The candidate also needs to have a good technical and financial understanding of construction projects and also be qualified to a suitable level.

· Letters of Intent / Appointment

· Cash Flow Forecasts
