The role - Temporary Accounts Assistant

Office Angels have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client ASAP based in Wallsend, on a temporary basis until the end of June 2021.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - this role is initially full time hours, however part time hours can be also be accepted

Start dates: ASAP

Salary: £9.61-£10.25ph paid through Office Angels on a weekly basis

The duties for this role includes:

Daily banking
Daily posting of bank statements
Posting of finance remittances
Preparing back up for and daily bank payment schedules
Involvement with online card refunds
Preparation of Payroll submission from schedules prepared by Accountant
Involvement with stock count
Posting various HO rechargesRequirements:

Accounts experience beneficial
Able to prioritise own workload and support team members
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and in writing
High attention to detail
