Job Details

Are you a fluent German speaker currently working in accounts?  We are actively recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a maternity cover contract for a client based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Supporting the Finance Manager, this role is predominantly working on the purchase ledger, where duties include:

Processing supplier invoices
Resolving queries and raising payments
Reconciling supplier statements
Bank reconciliations in Euro
Cash allocation
VAT returns
Other adhoc duties
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience of an accounts role
Bilingual - fluent German speaking is essential
IT Literate - Advanced Excel skills are required
This role will be initially working remotely but will return back to the office later in the year once restrictions are eased - although some flexible working would be considered.

This is a full time maternity contract, due to start July/August time but an earlier start may be considered for the right person.
