Trainee Sales Administrator
6 month maternity contract - may be extended
Start date - June 2021
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
£17'500p/a - £18'500p/a dependent on experience
Duties are varied but will include answering/handling incoming calls, general company administration, accounts administration/calls. You will also act as primary contact for answering the door and welcoming visitors to site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help with accounts administration
Carry out sales order processing/purchase order processing and order acknowledgements
Chase purchase orders placed with suppliers and update the in house system
Customer/supplier credits and invoicing
Deal with Customer queries - late deliveries/shortages, etc
Answering incoming calls and assist callers
Answering warehouse door and assist couriers
Looking after internal meeting rooms, ensuring clean and tidy at all times
Main point of contact for front door and assisting visitors
Process customers returns
Produce product labels for stores
