Junior Business Administrator

Pertemps Worcester currently have a fantastic new and exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join the team of a local manufacturing company based in Pershore.

The position is ideally suited to recent College or University graduates or students coming to the end of their studies looking to begin their career in the business world.  

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing office support (collecting post / filing / scanning)
Inputting data to keep computer databases and spreadsheets up to date
Answering phones and interacting with customers to load orders
Liaising with transport companies to organise export deliveries/purchases
Invoicing, credit control and sales returns
Assist with minor technical support by taking details to pass to Engineering
Acting as a personal assistant to the management team as required
Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and preparing refreshments
Any other administrative tasks that are requiredRequirements to be successful include:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
Be able to take ownership of own workload
Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook
Have good time management skills
Confident telephone manner
Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Flexible and eager to learn Additional Information:

Contract: Permanent
Pay rate: The company are offering £20,000-£23,000 per annum DOE
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00–17:00 with an early finish of 13:00 on Friday’s
Free on-site parking and easy access to the local train station
