Kings Lynn, Norfolk
9am to 3pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility
£17,000 + Pension Scheme + Healthcare + Company Benefits
Part time - 30 hours per week
Do you have strong Administration experience and are you looking for a role with excellent working hours for an industry leading company?
On offer is the chance to join a company that are continuing to grow even with the difficult times we have had this year in a role with flexible working hours.
The company are part of a wider group that operate across the globe. They are specialists in the manufacture and supply of a range of products sold across the UK and overseas.
This would suit an experienced Administrator proficient with MS Office package and ideally knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics.
The Role:
- General administrative duties
- Duties include but not limited to: Processing and scheduling of customer orders and logistics, invoicing of sales and purchase orders and dealing with Internal and External Customer queries
- Hours are 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility
The Person:
- Strong Administration experience and excellent Telephone manner
- Skilled with MS Office package and ideally knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics
- Must live within a commutable distance of Kings Lynn
