Job Title: Junior PA

Location: Folkestone (office based due to the nature of the role)

Salary: £21k-£24k

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm

Benefits: 20 days annual leave + free parking

The company we're recruiting for are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Junior PA to join their Operations Department. This is a fast-paced role in an incredibly busy central department, where the need for quick-thinking, an eye for detail and flexibility is key. The position would suit someone who enjoys getting stuck in and is looking to build a career in administration where the ability to observe and gain new skills and experience is constantly available.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be:

Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Operations Management Team.
Monitoring and logging of internal quality and compliance processes which assist the company to meet regulatory requirements.
Assist with the distribution and collation of the companies Quality Assurance process, and producing reports and recommendations based on feedback gained.
Creation of marketing and communication tools, including the company's quarterly newsletter.
Assisting in the coordination of events and forums.
Liaising with services, staff, and external agents, as well as visitors to the office.
Liaising with external agencies and suppliers in order to form successful business relationships.
Filing, photocopying and other general administrative tasks.
Assistance in preparatory tasks for meetings, events, and networks.
Answering phones via the switchboard and either handling queries or passing through to the appropriate individuals.
Greeting guests at Head Office and providing light hospitality services.
Any other office duties as required to ensure a happy, comfortable, and safe environment.Experience required for this position:

Administrative experience supporting a Senior Management team is essential
Experience working within a regulated environment with experience of quality and compliance would be a distinct advantage
Experience of creating newsletters, mail shots, posters
Proficient in all MS office packagesNext steps:
