Project Coordinator and Administrator
£25-30k depending on experience
Remote working
Hours - 9:30-18:00 Monday - Friday
My client are a brand consultancy and they are looking for a new member to join their strategy team to help with the organisation and running of client projects and workshops.
Duties of the role:
Working closely with the Strategy Team to manage projects for local and international clients.
Manage the calendar
Be the main point of contact for clients and enquiries
Organising Stakeholder calls
Set up and attend regular calls with clients
Arranging workshop dates with clients and sending invites
Managing workshop attendee list
Hosting Zoom workshops and within them providing IT support / note taking
Editing presentation decks for the team
Live workshops duties once allowed
Booking the team's travel (flights, accommodation, visas etc.)
Creating expense estimates for projects
Venue searching and booking
Organising workshop kits and printing
Arranging travel schedules
Requirements for the role:
Experience managing diaries
Excellent IT skills
Proactive and positive outlook and methodical
Able to approach problems both strategically and creatively
Experience liaising with clients
Happy to work remotely
