One of my Independent and very well-established clients in their Industry, based in Bradford are looking for an Administrator that is familiar with using Excel formulas and spreadsheet that can manage their stock and quality reports the management teams,
 
This client has a great a fun and lively office and are looking a reactive and positive candidate to support the Operations Manager.

This is a great opportunity for you if you love using Excel, have great administration experience, enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a fast paced administration office.

As a critical part of this team you will need to bring with you your positive energy, excellent administrative & database management skills, ideally contract exposure and have the ability to manage timescales effectively and communicate well.

We are looking for someone that is quite advanced with Excel – familiar with formulas as the Operations Manager will need your assistance with budgets and forecasting and running management and stock reports.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Well organised and able to work to deadlines
 • Ability to work in a high-pressured environment under own initiative and take ownership of issues and solutions
• Relationship management and negotiation skills
