A well respected regional residential developer producing 100x units per year.
The Role
Management of live and upcoming developments from pre-planning through to completion.
Clearance of planning conditions.
Preparation of utility applications, contamination reports and flood risk assessments.
Coordinate consultants on site.
Deal with negotiations.
Attend design team meetings, providing architectural and design advice for the project/projects during the build process.
Manage the distribution of all relevant drawings and production information both internally and externally.
Manage approval process including Code for Sustainable Homes/BREEAM, Secure by Design etc.
Review drawings prior to submissions for S38/S278 agreements.About You
You will have experience of working within the Construction industry, specifically on refurbishment schemes and new build residential projects.
Candidates will ideally have at least 5 years' post qualification experience as a Design/Technical Coordinator or Design/Technical Manager with a major UK based residential developer or UK based contractor.
I.T. Literate - Be able to use AutoCAD and basic Microsoft packages.What to do next:
